Free Economy Shipping on Orders $100+

Offer is valid on online orders only and applies to shipping locations in the lower 48 contiguous United States, District of Columbia, and APO/FPO/DPO only. No code is needed - simply meet the requirements to receive free shipping and the option will display in your cart at checkout. Exclusions to this offer include any item with a flat rate shipping fee applied, including large or fragile items. The order threshold applies to sub-totals after discounts have been applied. Items excluded from the free shipping offer do not count toward the $100 order threshold. Does not apply to past or future purchases. Other restrictions may apply. You will receive an email when you order is ready to pick up. Go to main entrance and ring buzzer if door is locked. Please bring your confirmation email when you come to collect your order. 


Returns / Exchanges / Refunds

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) within 30 days. The item returned must be in its original product packaging in salable condition and mailed in an appropriate size shipping box. Items must be returned in good condition—unused and unwashed.  

To return or exchange an item, contact and a return shipping label will be emailed to you. Please package and ship your item to us with a copy of your packing slip enclosed.

All face masks and sale items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for exchange or return.

Once your item is received, inspected, and approved for return, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Please note that it can take up to 14 days for a credit to appear on your debit or credit card statement.  

We will replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to make an exchange, send us an email at
