When will my order ship?
Normal order processing time is 3-4 business days. We ship via USPS. You may also choose expedited shipping.
How can I find out the status of my order?
You will receive shipping and delivery updates via the email address you entered during the checkout process. You can also opt-in to getting shipping updates via text message.
Do members receive a discount?
All members receive a 10% discount. Sign in with the email address you used when you purchased your Historic Hudson Valley membership and your discount will be automatically applied.
Can I use my Historic Hudson Valley gift card?
At this time, Historic Hudson Valley gift cards are only redeemable for ticket and tour purchases. We are not offering Shop gift cards for merchandise purchases.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled any time before they are shipped. To cancel an order, email us at email@example.com.
How do I return an item?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) within 30 days. The item returned must be in its original product packaging in salable condition and mailed in an appropriate size shipping box. Items must be returned in good condition—unused and unwashed.
To return or exchange an item, contact firstname.lastname@example.org and a return shipping label will be emailed to you. Please package and ship your item to us with a copy of your packing slip enclosed.
All face masks and sale items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for exchange or return.

The Washington Irving's Sunnyside Shop is at 3 W Sunnyside Ln, Irvington, NY 10533

The Great Jack O'Lantern Shop operates at our event locations at Van Cortlandt Manor (Croton-on-Hudson, NY) and Old Bethpage Village Restoration (Old Bethpage, NY) during event hours. (Event tickets required for entry.)
For international customers, please note that recipients are responsible for any and all customs duties or taxes in that country, which are collected by the carrier upon delivery. Shipping rates are calculated based on the size and weight of the order and its destination.
